Spent Easter weekend here and had a great time! the breakfast spread was amazing with plenty of options. Our room had a fantastic view of the pool and ocean. We loved the location, right in the heart of the action. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops easily.
The language barrier with some staff members, but they did their best to be helpful. the pool was a bit crowded at times, but that's to be expected during peak season.

Spacious room with bathrobes, slippers and a coffee/tea set. Fast check-in. Daily cleaning. Everything, well, it's really beautiful. Around a lot of cafes, where you can eat delicious seafood and simple borscht with dumplings. area is large and you should try to walk everywhere at once, otherwise you risk missing something interesting: a massage parlor, where for 50 yuan you will get a good foot massage, an inn with Russian cuisine, a department with freshly cleaned and sliced fruit or a shop with inexpensive souvenirs. Don't forget to download Maps me it will help you with your search for all places. If you want to go on your own, you can get to Dadunhaya (25 min. 7 yuan) or Glass Bridge (10 min. near the bus stops for 25 or 15 minutes, wherever you want to go) Enjoy your stay! THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO THE HOTEL AND STAFF! We hope to be back!
The beach is the subject of all misunderstandings. First of all, what is this bathing pen? There is a section of the sea about 12x15 meters where you can swim, in other places you can not swim - whistling, swearing and almost a net catch swimmers. This swimming enclosure is more like a barrel of herring and you can not swim - there is no room, but there are many swimming and you can only stand in the water. The rest of the sea is for water fun - bananas, water bikes, boats, etc. And that we were not in a season - that is, there are few tourists. At 17.45 they start to get off the sun beds - I don't know Chinese, but judging by the intonation and expression of faces - they are covered with mats. And judging by the indignation of other people, this feeling was not created by us alone. And there are also sand fleas. And once I saw that at about 6 p.m. I was throwing chlorine with a shovel from a bucket into the pool (judging by the smell), and people were still swimming there. The smell was awful, even tingling my eyes.

Big, beautiful area, almost every morning there are photo sessions for newlyweds. Picked up at night, settled in quickly enough. Excellent room 117kv. m with two bedrooms, 2 balconies, shower, luxury bath, safe, blackboard + Iron, umbrella, slippers, bathrobes, shampoos, etc. With the Russian and English-speaking staff is tight. the staff on the phones installed interpreters so that not critical - you can explain, wide range of dishes for breakfast... it's hard to stay hungry, Lots of exits from the hotel... leaving the hotel there are a lot of cafes for every taste... in the evening there are attractions,
The room had a bad air conditioner, after the complaint the master came, did something but nothing changed. The temperature in the room never dropped below 24 degrees... There was an occasional smell of sewage in the toilet... There wasn't as much fun for the children on the hotel grounds as expected... Weak Wi-fi signal. The kids' club is pretty shabby already. Payment was not taken for the entire period of stay, it turned out that the last 24 hours were not paid.

Great hotel location near the beach and shopping center. Clean rooms with good hotel facilities, including transportation to the beach by walk or electric car. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The room we stayed in was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. Lovely comfortable beds, balcony and a huge bathroom with free standing bath, shower unit and double sinks. It was much better than I ever expected it to be. The breakfast was also very good with a good range of western and asian cuisine. The staff were very friendly and efficient, especially the Chief Concierge.
There are lots of restaurants in the hotel, but mostly of the same type of food. I would like to have seen a more varied choice.

The room was spacious and luxurious, with a wonderful balcony and great amenities. The outdoor pools were very spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and towels and a nice pool bar were available. The private beach was a short walk away and was clean and not too crowded. Breakfast was extensive with a good variety of Chinese and western options including fresh sushi, waffles, cakes, eggs cooked to your liking, fried noodles, dumplings.

Rooms are very spacious, clean and also quiet. Staff is making an effort to make your stay pleasant. The choice of meals at breakfast are simply stunning - such a great mix of Asian and Western cuisine. Meals at restaurants are savory and good value for money.
The beds are too hard for my taste. It is a bit of a drawback that the hotel is not directly at the beach, and the beach section reserved for the hotel is a bit tight for so many people.

The rooms are very spacious, the breakfast is good, it is very nice to relax peacefully around the pool or at the beach or have good massage in the spa.
We stayed for four days, the last night the air-conditioning did not work. This should not happen in a hotel of this standard, when i complained about it the next day during check-out, the hotel personnel gave no explanation or apology. This could have been handled better . Some personnel speaks English, the majority doesn't.

One of the best places/beaches (clean sea, the beach is a bit small for the big Hotel) in Sanja-Hainan, the Hotel (room, breakfast,) is excellent, maybe appropriate facilities for smaler children are missing. Good value for money!

The hotel is conveniently located next to Le Floret shopping area, which has a good selection of restaurants. the area offers a variety of dining options that cater to different tastes. There is also a supermarket in the vicinity. the hotel is easily accessible by taxi, though be wary of the metered fare which can be higher than the agreed upon price negotiated with the porter.
The hotel lacks modern facilities and can be outdated.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel fulfilled our every need. the service was impeccable, particularly at the Spa center, where the full body massage was a true highlight. the outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers in the garden area, was idyllic.
The only minor issue we found was that the sauna could have been cleaner. this was quickly addressed by the staff who promptly resolved the matter.
